A must have variety for Lilac lovers, Ludwig Spaeth is prized for it’s large fragrant deep violet flower trusses that compliment lighter colored Lilacs so well. The shrub has a more upright form reaching up to 12’ tall and 6’ wide making it an excellent hedge and screen plant for larger areas.
