Red Powder Puff Tree
One look at the flowers and you'll know how the Red Powder Puff Tree got its name. Amazing 3'' flowers are covered with hundreds of delicate bright red stamens throughout the winter and spring. This unusual specimen comes from Bolivia and does best with 4 or more hours of direct sunlight from a south window. The Red Powder Puff Tree does particularly well in a greenhouse setting and will get spindly and weak if light is too low. Tree will become quite large and should be pruned to a height of 3 feet.
