Rhino Hide Hosta
We love hosta in the shade garden, but unfortunately so do slugs! Rhino Hide is the answer with leaves so thick that slugs cannot penetrate! The durable leaves stand up well to weather and are more sun resistant than other hostas. Blue margins and a light green center color the cupped and puckered leaves. White flowers bloom in summer. Mounds reach 20 high by 30 across. Grow in full to partial shade. Zones 3-9.
