Seven-Son Flower Tree
This hard to find gem produces sweetly fragrant flowers in clusters of 7 at the end of branches starting in late summer and into fall. They are very attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies. Flowers are followed by very showy fringed fruits that are red, and last well into the fall. Attractive fall foliage is purplish. Vigorous and undemanding, this small tree grows 15' tall and 10' wide with handsome tan exfoliating bark.
