Chinese Chestnut trees are majestic shade trees (to 40') that produce the most luscious chestnuts you have ever eaten. It also makes an excellent tall hedge (about 15') when planted 8' apart. Their snowy white ''starfish'' shaped blooms; truly beautiful glossy foliage and delectable nuts in the fall make a unique, ornamental and useful hedge or specimen tree.
